Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Sales Gallery Administrative Executive to support daily operations at our showflat. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Gallery
- Greet and register walk-in visitors
- Assist with administrative duties such as data entry and documentation
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the showflat reception area
- Handle phone and email enquiries courteously
- Support the sales team with ad hoc tasks as needed
- Ensure marketing materials and brochures are replenished and neatly displayed
Administrative Tasks
- Provide general administrative support: manage correspondence, filing/scanning, office supplies, visitor reception, office mobile phone hotline, and meeting coordination
- Perform property documents validation: review and verify tenancy agreements, vendor/service contracts, lease abstracts, and maintenance documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update databases: tenant/vendor records, property registers, lease expiry tracking, and insurance documentation.
- Liaise with property managers and internal teams to ensure complete documentation and smooth operations, including renewal on CEA and CPD reminders.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a GCE O/A Levels or NITEC / Higher NITEC Certification
- At least 1 year of working experience in customer service or administrative support or relevant field
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with basic proficiency in Chinese.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organized and meticulous
.4-month contractual position with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role
Working Hours:
10am to 7pm (with 1hr lunch break)
