Job Description & Responsibilities
Customer Communication
- Interact with customers via phone, text, and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with placing online orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Sales & Promotion
- Conduct cold calls to potential corporate customers to introduce and promote the Company's brands.
- Upsell and recommend suitable products from the Company's extensive range.
- Highlight current promotions and new merchandise to drive customer engagement and sales.
Quotation & Order Management
- Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries with accurate quotations and invoices.
- Follow up with customers to ensure inquiries and orders are well managed.
- Process orders, prepare correspondence, and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
Customer Feedback & Relationship Management
- Address and resolve customer feedback, issues, and complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships through personalized service, marketing promotions, and direct mail campaigns.
Interdepartmental Coordination
- Communicate customer orders, requests, and special requirements clearly to relevant departments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and a consistent customer experience.
