Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and increasing sales revenue. This position primarily involves selling our frozen seafood products to supermarkets, distributors, and restaurants while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilites:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the supermarket, distributor, and restaurant sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients, ensuring profitable deals for the company.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set sales goals and report on progress.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge, competitors, and market developments.
  • Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and generate reports for management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the seafood or food distribution industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of frozen seafood products and industry trends.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to meet clients.
