Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Accurately track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Provide feedback and insights to the management team to help improve sales processes and strategies.
Support in Ad-hoc duties related to sales operations assigned by Management.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing or related field.
Min. 2 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers at all levels.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven mindset.
Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding sales targets.
With own Transport will be an added advantage.
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Transport Allowance.
