Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. This role requires someone who actively seeks out leads, builds relationships, and converts opportunities into confirmed sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and generate new leads through outreach, networking, partnerships, and site visits
  • Identify and approach potential clients, venues, and business partners
  • Conduct outbound sales activities (calls, messages, emails, meetings) to build and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Understand client requirements by asking relevant and targeted questions before proposing solutions
  • Qualify leads and focus on viable opportunities
  • Prepare and present well-structured and visually presentable proposals tailored to client needs
  • Follow up consistently and close sales opportunities
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of all leads, communications, and statuses
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline, progress, and conversion rates

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales (minimum 2-3 years) with a strong track record in generating business
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, pitch, and close deals independently
  • Comfortable with outbound sales and handling rejection
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to think critically, identify gaps, and ask the right questions before engaging internal teams
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple conversations and timelines

Technical & Presentation Skills

  • Proficient in Excel or equivalent tools for tracking leads and pipeline
  • Able to create clear, structured and visually presentable proposals
  • Strong basic design sense (layout, spacing, visual balance)
  • Comfortable using tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, or similar to prepare client-facing materials
  • Able to ensure all materials sent to clients are polished, accurate, and professional
