Job Scope:
- Drive new business development and manage existing client accounts within the waste management industry.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through research, networking, lead generation, and cold outreach activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain strong knowledge of industry services, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and updates for management review.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely resolution of client issues.
- Represent the company at industry events, including trade shows and conferences, to generate leads and expand business networks.
Additional Information:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in waste management sales or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a professional and presentable demeanor.
- Must have possession of own transportation.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Solid understanding of the waste management industry, including its products and services.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel when required.
