- Develop new business opportunities and grow sales within the construction and infrastructure sector, while maintaining existing customer accounts.
- Establish strong working relationships with project owners, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders to secure project opportunities and product specifications.
- Present suitable coating solutions to customers and consultants and follow up on projects from the specification stage through site execution.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and account plans while coordinating with internal teams to support successful project delivery.
- Monitor customer accounts, project progress, and outstanding payments to ensure business targets and agreed commercial terms are met.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction, building materials, coatings industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and industry stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
