Key Responsibilities
- Handle airline ticket reservations, ticket issuance, and related sales operations
- Develop and expand sales channels while maintaining strong relationships with partners and clients
- Provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales service, including passenger support
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned based on business needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Strong learning ability with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, patient, and a good team player with a customer-focused mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience in the aviation or travel industry is an added advantage
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)
