Sales Executive

Job Description & Requirements

• A People person, enjoys interacting and actively seeking out and can establish a good working relationship with developers, architects, designers and builders etc
• This position requires traveling to pay visits to potential clients &/or clients
• Execute day-to-day sales activities including canvassing for new leads, attending sales inquiries, preparation and follow-up of quotations/ tenders, and negotiation of sales contracts
• Result Oriented, Plan and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets
• Provide technical sales and marketing support to customers
• Fully responsible for all Trade Accounts Receivable for customers under your care and ensure zero bad debts
• Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in the Construction related Industry Fresh graduate with an excellent positive attitude may be considered
• Possess excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of the market, industry trends, and competitors is an added advantage
• Working location (West - Pioneer Area)
• ONLY Singaporean/ PR may apply

Other information

• Possessed Class 3 Driving License & own a car is an advantage
