Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, acquiring new accounts aggressively, and maintaining client relationships to drive growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Promote and sell UL services with a consultative, hunter approach, leading presentations, handling objections, preparing quotes, and closing deals, focusing on high-potential clients while retaining existing ones.
  • Build and manage prospect pipelines, overseeing the new business process from prospecting to close.
  • Proactively build pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic account engagement.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to align testing capabilities with client requirements.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
  • Develop and execute account penetration strategies within large or complex organizations, identifying key stakeholders and decision-makers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Extensive expertise in specialty products/services within the assigned TIC portfolio and deep knowledge of the Singapore market.
  • Exposure to enterprise sectors such as manufacturing, technology or data centers would be an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, especially in new account penetration roles.
  • Strong ability to penetrate complex organizations and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in enhancing company branding, including organizing large-scale seminars.
  • Self-motivated, fast learner and result-oriented with a resilient and solution-driven mindset.
