Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Executive to support sales and operational activities, including managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations and invoices, and coordinating orders with the operations team. The role also involves monitoring order status, resolving service issues, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting logistics arrangements, ISO documentation, and BizSafe compliance. The ideal candidate is organised, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the sales team in managing customer enquiries and follow-ups.
  • Represent the company in customer meetings and discussions.
  • Prepare and process quotations, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate customer orders with the operations team to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor order progress and keep customers informed of updates.
  • Assist in resolving delivery, service, or operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of les documents and customer information.
  • Coordinate logistics and transportation arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales function.
  • Manage ISO documentation and ensure proper coordination.
  • Handle BizSafe matters, including documentation and compliance support.
  • Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O Level or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or administrative roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to speak Mandarin is an. advantage as the job requires dealings with Chinese speaking Associates.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Well-organised, responsible, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in ISO documentation and BizSafe practices is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with a logistics or manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
