Job Summary
Drive sales growth by building strategic relationships with buyers and sales networks, delivering tailored technical solutions, and providing market insights to shape effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Apply sales targets to evaluate and enhance sales team performance, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales networks and prospective leads to expand market reach
- Design and execute relationship management programs to deepen engagement with buyers and foster loyalty
- Gather and analyze relevant market and buyer information to develop compelling sales proposals
- Identify trade opportunities that deliver value to buyers and support business growth
- Monitor competitor activities and customer demand trends to inform and refine sales strategy development
- Perform timely follow-up actions to successfully close sales and achieve revenue targets
- Provide technical solutions that address buyers specific requirements and challenges
- Relay buyer feedback to internal teams to inform continuous improvement of sales targets and offerings
- Review and assess technical requirements or non-standard buyer requests to ensure feasibility and compliance
- Understand buyers overall business cycles to anticipate current and future needs, enabling proactive sales approaches
- Collaborate cross-functionally to increase the pool of potential buyers and sales opportunities
- Perform necessary administrative duties to support sales operations efficiently
- Conduct customer site visits to strengthen relationships and gain deeper insights into buyer environments
