Actively approach SMEs, MNCs, and institutional clients through cold outreach, referrals, networking, and partnerships.
Conduct client discovery meetings to understand business, workforce, and training needs.
Present and pitch company's programmes, solutions, and value proposition confidently to decision-makers.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up materials in a timely and professional manner.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale handover.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Work closely with trainers, consultants, and operations teams to ensure smooth programme delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline tracking, and reporting using CRM or internal systems.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute ideas to improve sales processes and offerings.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of sales or business development experience.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
Interest in training, HR, workforce development or AI-enabled solutions is an advantage.
