Job Description

Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to grow the company's customer base and market presence.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and improve sales performance.
Organize and manage sales promotions, in-store events, and visual merchandising displays.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to foster a high-performance culture.
Provide regular training sessions to equip staff with strong product knowledge and sales techniques.
Conduct performance reviews, set team goals, and track progress to ensure targets are met.
Manage staff scheduling, including coverage for retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Manage inventory levels, initiate stock replenishment, and coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries.
Ensure the retail space maintains outstanding hygiene and organizational standards.
Perform administrative duties, including managing sales documents, processing payments, and preparing sales reports.
