. Research and monitor sectorial skill trend, customer demand and the competitive landscape to support sales strategy development.
. Research and analyse client's business needs to identify sales opportunities.
. Cross-sell / upsell training solutions to existing clients based on their needs.
. Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders within the client's organisation.
. Develop new accounts within assigned sectors of business segments.
. Prepare sales proposal and quotations.
. Provide responses to client's enquiries and feedback.
. Regularly monitor and report on sales metrics (e.g. Sales Achieved vs Sales Target).
. Achieve assigned sales goals.
. Suggest actions to improve personal and team sales performance.
. Any other duties as and when assigned by direct reporting superior or from the management team.
Qualification and Requirement:
. 2 years of Corporate Sales Experience is preferred but those without are also welcomed to apply.
. Experience in a training solution sales, will be an added advantage.
. Able to identify and connect with key decision makers for enterprise Learning and Development.
. Sales-driven and results-oriented.
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
. Great interpersonal and customer service skills.
. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
. Coachable.
