APP Malaysia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Subang office. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth of specialty paper
(food packaging) and fostering strong client relationships.
This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization within the sales and account management function.
Scope & Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients through excellent account management and customer service
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitable outcomes for the company
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions that meet our clients needs
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales plans and campaigns
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Any other duties as and when assigned by Superior/Management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma/Degree Business or Marketing or Equivalent from a recognized Higher Institution.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the paper or packaging board industry is an added advantage.
- Work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to secure mutually beneficial deals
- Proficiency in analysing market data and customer insights to drive strategic sales decisions
- A self-motivated, target-driven individual with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and embrace change
- Good command of English; proficiency in Chinese/Fujian would be an advantage
