Job Outline:
1. Responsible for the development and growth of Company's products to the government business and assign private accounts if applicable.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Develop and grow the targeted specialists accounts in the private sector.
2. Build and established a healthy business relationship with targeted specialists and medical officers in the government institutes (government Hospitals and polyclinics) to increase the prescription of the tender products.
3. To list in CHC products into the retail pharmacies in the government institutes which includes the polyclinics pharmacies.
4. Collaborate with marketing personnels to identify and develop selected specialists in both private and government channel to become our key opinion leaders.
5. Conduct market and competitors insights to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
6. Regular visits and follow up with customers in assigned territory to maintain a high level of customers satisfaction by providing timely service support.
7. Pre-call planning and implementation to ensure KPIs are met.
8. Timely submission of all necessary reports and documentations as per required.
9. Analyze customers data, provide and track territorial sales forecast and performance on a monthly basis.
10. Manage ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the Management
Minimum Requirements:
1. Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in sales with understanding of the operations & procedures in government business, private specialist sector.
2. Possess a good attitude and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong business acumen, negotiation and analytical skills
4. Ability to work independently and uphold private and confidential information.
5. Ability to identify challenges and present solutions to the Sales Manager.
6. Competent in English, Mandarin & dialects and good communication skills.
7. Proficient in MS Office: Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
