Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to support the commercial team. This role is ideal for candidates with approximately 1 year of sales experience or individuals looking to build a long-term career in the marine and offshore industry.

The successful candidate will assist the Sales Manager with sales administration, customer support, quotations, and business development activities while gaining exposure to marine equipment, services, and industry operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in daily sales and administrative activities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, sales reports, and customer documentation.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities within the marine and offshore sectors.
• Participate in client visits, meetings, exhibitions, and industry events when required.
• Handle general sales coordination and office administration duties.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Approximately 1 year of sales, customer service, or sales support experience.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and the marine industry are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willingness to travel locally when required.

Preferred

• Exposure to the marine, offshore, engineering, or technical services industry.
• Experience preparing quotations and handling customer enquiries.
