Job Summary

Drive business growth in machine tools and automation by developing opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering tailored sales solutions in a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand business opportunities in the machine tools and automation sectors to increase market share
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with customers and partners to enhance client retention and satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and new business prospects for strategic growth
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Represent the company professionally at trade shows and industry events to promote products and services
  • Apply knowledge of automation systems, CNC machines, EDM, and machine tools to effectively address customer requirements
  • Communicate clearly and negotiate effectively to influence decision-making and secure business agreements
  • Manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines to ensure timely project delivery

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Automation, Business, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience in automation or machine tool industries
  • Fluent proficiency in English to communicate with regional clients and partners
  • Valid driver's license with willingness to travel locally and regionally for business development activities
