Salary Range: $2,500 - $6,000 (Basic + High Commission)

Role Overview

We are a leading provider of commercial refrigeration and cold chain solutions. We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our expanding team. Whether you are an experienced salesperson or a fresh talent looking to break into the industry, we value attitude and the willingness to learn above all else.

Key Responsibilities

  • Omni-channel Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through various sales methods, including cold calling, door-to-door visits, social media outreach, and networking at industry events.

  • Client Consultation: Learn and master the technical specifications of our products (e.g., temperature control, energy efficiency, NEA/NEA-equivalent standards) to provide professional advice to F&B owners, supermarkets, and warehouse managers.

  • Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and product demonstration to price negotiation, closing deals, and payment collection.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to help the team refine sales strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Growth Mindset (Crucial): Must have a strong willingness to learn. We provide comprehensive training, but you must be proactive in picking up product knowledge and sales techniques.

  • Versatile Sales Approach: Comfortable with various sales styles. You are not afraid to step out of the office to meet clients face-to-face.

  • Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to communicate effectively in English and one other language.

  • Resilience: Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and the ability to work towards monthly sales targets.

  • Advantage: Prior experience in the F&B equipment industry or possessing a valid Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage.
