The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the growth of the company's Korean skincare brand within Singapore, focusing on retail, distribution, and brand positioning. The role will also support future regional expansion efforts, including market development and business partnerships in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of skincare products across retail and distribution channels in Singapore
- Identify and engage potential retailers, distributors, and business partners
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to expand product reach
- Execute sales strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting and insights
- Support inventory movement planning and coordination with operations
- Conduct market research on consumer trends and competitor activities
- Assist in preparation for overseas expansion (e.g. Malaysia market entry)
- Support business development activities including partner sourcing and coordination
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Sales experience is preferred however, candidates with no prior sales experience are welcome to apply.
- 1-3 years of sales experience (FMCG / beauty / skincare preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, driven, and results-oriented
- Interest in skincare / beauty industry is an advantage
