Job Description

Sales Executive

Drives company revenue by identifying leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals for plumbing solutions.

Key duties include conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and managing the sales cycle. They serve as the primary liaison between the organization and clients, requiring strong communication, negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into clients to meet monthly/annual targets.
  • Product Presentations: Demonstrate products and services effectively, highlighting value and addressing client queries.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms to successfully close deals.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role is usually required. Working experience in Hardware and Plumbing services preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver presentations and build rapport.
  • Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong ability to influence decisions and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
