Our client is a leading Japanese real estate company, specializing in providing expert consulting services to clients seeking investment opportunities in Japan's dynamic real estate market.
As a Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding the client base and driving business growth, contributing to the company's continued success in the industry.
【Responsibilities】
- Identify and present Japanese real estate investment opportunities to institutional investors, funds, family offices, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) based in Singapore
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, including conducting property presentations, facilitating NDA execution, and securing Letters of Intent (LOIs)
- Develop new and dormant client accounts through strategic engagement with external relationship managers, business partners, industry events, and independent sourcing channels
- Work closely with the Japan-based overseas sales team to support cross-border transactions and ensure seamless client servicing
- Prepare high-quality client materials, including investment proposals, property presentations, divestment strategies, and seminar content
- Coordinate and arrange client visits to Japan, including itinerary planning and on-site support
- Willing to undertake overseas business travel as required
【 Requirement & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any field
- Possess a valid real estate license in Singapore (CEA-registered / RES license)
- Possess at least 2 years of B2B sales experience or research experience in the real estate industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
(Advantageous)
- Possesses knowledge of Japan's regional characteristics and local market conditions.
- A genuine passion for professional growth and business development.
- Strong communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
