Emperionix Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive / Sales Manager to drive business growth in the construction and engineering sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing new projects, identifying tender opportunities, and securing contracts for the company.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new construction and renovation projects in Singapore
Source and monitor public and private tender opportunities (e.g., GeBIZ, BCA listings)
Prepare, coordinate, and submit tender documents with the project and QS team
Develop and maintain relationships with developers, main contractors, consultants, property managers, and facility managers
Attend client meetings, site briefings, and negotiations
Follow up on quotations and close sales contracts
Maintain sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets
Provide regular sales reports to management
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in construction sales, business development, or tender management
Familiar with Singapore construction industry practices and tender procedures
Knowledge of GeBIZ and government tender submission process preferred
Basic understanding of construction drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Existing industry network is an advantage
Basic monthly salary based on experience
