Job Description

Job Summary

The Senior / Sales Engineer is mainly responsible for executing sales & marketing initiatives, engaging new customers, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts in order to bring in revenue for company.

Job Responsibilities

To achieve and/or exceed sales and profit margin targets in assigned growth location/segment/customers, key responsibilities include (not limited to):

  • Development of sales strategy and implementation of the tactical plan.
  • Identification of key/target accounts/industry segments.
  • Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, through prompt updating of opportunities management tracking and account development planning.
  • Develop new customer accounts through sales and marketing activities.
  • Expand sales portfolio to all existing and new potential customers.
  • Supporting any marketing-related activities to improve the presence and customer relationship

People Requirements

1. Fresh graduates or candidates with 2 years of sales experience with Industrial clients (i.e. B2B)

2. Prior experience in the semiconductor, or other related industry is preferred.

3. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Science or other equivalent

4. Field sales experience is vital. Proven ability to interact directly with a sales organization, understand customer needs and influence them.

5. Good interpersonal and communication skills

6. Self-motivated and maintain a high level of self discipline

7. Excellent problem solving and time management skills

8. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
