Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator (5 days work, Lunch provided, Training)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist and serve walk-in customers with high-quality service and product knowledge
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, phone calls, fax, and other communication channels
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently based on received instructions
• Prepare and present quotations to customers in a clear and professional manner and follow up the outcomes
• Follow up on payments and coordinate with finance to ensure timely collection
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to expand sales volume
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty
