Sales Executive (Recruitment / Manpower Solutions)

Job Description:Central Manpowers is looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our recruitment team. You will be responsible for expanding our client base and providing exceptional manpower solutions to businesses in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold-calling and networking.

• Manage client accounts and understand their hiring requirements.

• Source and screen candidates to match client needs.

• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with MOM regulations and FCF guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI - Basic). (Candidates currently pursuing or willing to take the CEI are welcome to apply).

• Prior experience in sales or recruitment is an advantage.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Goal-oriented with a focus on business growth.
