Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Sales Executive specializing in real estate, where you'll have the opportunity to cultivate client relationships and drive property sales through innovative marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

Foster and maintain strong relationships with potential customers for sales growth.
Promote properties through effective advertising campaigns.
Prepare essential documentation including contracts, leases, and closing statements.
Coordinate property viewings and provide detailed information to clients.
Navigate negotiation processes with clients regarding market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements, ensuring integrity and transparency.
Address customer inquiries effectively, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs and financial capabilities.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Possess a CEA license or a diploma in real estate studies.
Excellent communication skills and a cheerful demeanor.
Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
Driving license is preferred, but not mandatory.
