Job Summary
You will manage and develop sales activities and customer relationships in Singapore while supporting service schedules and order processing to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing Singapore customers to support ongoing business growth
- Manage sales activities by coordinating with customers and internal teams to meet sales targets
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the existing customer base to increase revenue
- Coordinate and support service schedule management to ensure timely maintenance and customer satisfaction
- Prepare accurate customer quotations to facilitate sales and contract agreements
- Process customer orders efficiently to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery
- Handle internal order processing to support operational workflows
- Manage delivery schedules and logistics to ensure products reach customers on time
