Job Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Support
- Provide comprehensive post-sales support and maintain strong technical relationships with clients.
- Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure the proposed solutions align with customer expectations.
- Serve as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, facilitating a smooth transition from inquiry to implementation.
Presentation & Communication
- Deliver clear, concise technical presentations to both current and prospective clients, ensuring complex concepts are easily understood.
- Effectively articulate technical details through written proposals, quotations, and verbal communications.
Sales Strategy & Customer Insight
- Analyze customer needs to recommend tailored products or services that meet their specific requirements.
- Employ strong sales and negotiation techniques to address client concerns and close deals efficiently.
Technical Proposal Development
- Design and present compelling technical proposals, integrating feedback to align with customer objectives.
- Prepare professional quotations and documentation that highlight product value and feasibility.
Interpersonal & Team Collaboration
- Foster long-term relationships with customers through trust and proactive communication.
- Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product success.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N / O Level or diploma in any field
