key responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional educational experiences and act as a primary point of contact for potential buyers in a high-energy showroom setting.

• Assist prospective buyers with initial inquiries and gather key preferences to create tailored profiles.
• Educate visitors on proprietary electric vehicle features, services, and local ownership incentives.
• Maintain pipeline accuracy by logging prospective client details in the sales system and coordinating test drives.
• Host delivery appointments and conduct product orientation sessions tailored to individual customer needs.
• Ensure showroom vehicles and presentation spaces meet operational and brand standards.

qualifications and experience:

• Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or business development preferred, but not necessary.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Open to working on a 5-day roster arrangement, including weekends and public holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in an agile, fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Passion for current transport industry developments and eco-friendly technology.
