Responsibilities

  • Retain and expand existing client accounts while identifying new opportunities in the market. Monitor market trends and provide regular reports to management. Conduct market research to support strategic initiatives. Achieve or surpass sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service and insights. Address and resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, creating solutions, and presenting findings to management. Showcase professionalism and strong market awareness. Build long-term partnerships with industry stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

  • Educational background in a relevant field. Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in a related area, such as hospitality carpet, other carpet solutions, hard flooring, or interior products. Proven connections with hospitality interior design firms or hotel end users are advantageous. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Solid sales techniques and financial acumen. Positive, energetic, and self-motivated with strong independent work capabilities. Willingness to acquire expert knowledge of products, markets, and customer needs. Excellent team player with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Proficient people management and development skills.
