Job Summary:
An exciting regional sales role driving business growth by developing distribution channels and delivering tailored solutions across Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activities targeting local companies in Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam
- Propose products, promotional plans, and customised solutions aligned with local market needs
- Develop and expand distribution channels in the assigned countries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and business partners
- Prepare and submit monthly sales performance reports
- Present sales progress and updates during weekly sales meetings
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in one or more channels such as Gift, Retail, or Coffee
- Proficiency in Japanese language at JLPT N2 level or above for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
- Experience in consultative or solution-based sales tailored to local market requirements
- Experience in new business development and managing distributor or partner relationships
- Proficiency in at least one local language (Thai, Indonesian, or Vietnamese) for liaising with local clients and business partners in the target markets
