The client is a distributor specializing in toys and games, focused on expanding market presence and delivering quality products to clients.

Job Summary

Drive business growth by identifying new account opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in a dynamic toys and games distribution environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new account opportunities by researching potential clients, generating leads, and pitching products/services to secure new business
  • Manage existing client accounts by maintaining regular communication, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and replenish stock levels for selective clients to meet their inventory needs
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team revenue goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and customer support to fulfill account requirements and optimize service delivery

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in retail, events, exhibitions, or promotions to enhance campaign execution and client engagement

Other Information

Compensation Package

  • Transportation allowance available
  • Includes 13th Month bonus (Annual Wage Supplement)
  • Monthly profit-sharing, subject to company discretion

Benefits & Work Arrangement

  • Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
  • Annual leave starting at 10 days, increasing to 18 days based on years of service
