Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, outreach and other novel outbound channels
- Proactively approach target prospects to create interest in the company's products and service
Lead Research & Qualification
- Research target accounts and decision-makers
- Qualify leads based on business fit, need and sales potential
- Prioritise prospects that match the company's ideal customer profile
Appointment Setting & Sales Support
- Arrange discovery calls, meetings, and product demonstrations
- Follow up on leads to move them through the sales funnel
- Support team in progressing opportunities towards conversion
Sales Messaging & Campaign Execution
- Draft and customize outreach messages for different prospect groups.
- Support email sequences and other outbound campaign activities.
- Ensure all communication reflects the company's brand and value proposition.
CRM Management & Reporting
- Record all sales activities, prospect interactions, and pipeline progress accurately in the CRM.
- Maintain up-to-date lead and opportunity records.
- Prepare activity and performance reports for management review.
Collaboration & Market Input
- Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams.
- Share market feedback, competitor insights, and prospect observations.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation or business development
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS Sales, HR Tech & Software is preferred
- Proven track record of outbound capabilities in outreach and sales conversion
- Results-driven, target-oriented and resilient
- Tech stack familiarity: Experience using CRM Tools
