REPORTS TO: Projects Sales Manager, Projects
Oversee and manage the service and project administrative activities & reporting requirements of the organization on a timely and accurate manner.
MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILTIES
The Sales Executive is directly responsible for project related sales activities. Ensure the following key performance indicators are adequately managed and monitored:
1. Managing, developing and motivating the Singapore sales channels in order to achieve company objectives and strategy.
2. Achievement of sales and profit budgets by account on a monthly and YTD basis.
3. Ensuring timely follow up and reporting of all sales enquiries.
4. Identify new business opportunities and oversee the successful development and launch of new product initiatives.
5. Agreeing and setting pricing levels and strategies in co-ordination with the Management.
6. Ensuring a constant flow of new business activity whilst maintaining and developing existing business levels.
7. Deliver accurate sales and budget forecasts.
8. Developing and implementing annual business plans and updating them on a rolling monthly basis.
9. Monitoring and reporting market trends and competitor activity.
10. Responsive to both external and internal customer needs and assist in the resolution of any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
11. Strategic thinker able to develop business where it does not exist today.
12. Presentation skills and abilities. Able to present to a group of multiple decision makers in various segments. 13. Provide market intelligence, product and solution input and feedback, and necessary recommendations to the R&D teams at headquarters.
Ensure the timely, proper and adequate management reporting requirements as per corporate expectations. Ensure the proper and appropriate representation of the company in all areas with regards to dealing with customers, local government regulations, and external relations.
