Job Summary
Manage and grow customer accounts by securing orders, establishing new accounts, and executing sales and promotional activities to enhance market presence and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing customer accounts by processing orders and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers
- Handle off-trade customers such as supermarkets, convenience stores, and retail outlets, ensuring proper product listing, placement, and stock availability
- Provide accurate and timely market feedback to support business planning and product development
- Prepare customized sales proposals tailored to customer needs and business objectives
- Plan and execute promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement
- Proactively communicate updates on the company's product portfolio to customers and prospects
- Maintain detailed activity records, including daily orders and periodic sales reports, for performance tracking
- Recommend and implement sales initiatives to support revenue growth
- Apply product knowledge, particularly in alcoholic beverages, to effectively meet customer needs and improve sales outcomes
