Drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities in the food and beverage sector. Promote products, build client relationships, coordinate order fulfillment, and deliver excellent after-sales service to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food and beverage industry to expand market presence
- Promote the company's food products and services to restaurants, cafés, catering companies, retailers, supermarkets, and corporate clients to increase sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively expanding the customer base
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales agreements tailored to prospective client needs
- Follow up on customer enquiries, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities to meet revenue goals
- Coordinate with operations, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Monitor customer orders, address feedback promptly, and provide excellent after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability and aligning with company goals
- Attend trade exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings to generate new business opportunities and strengthen industry presence
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management to support informed decision-making
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and food industry regulations to uphold quality and safety standards
- Perform additional sales and business development duties as assigned by management to support organizational objectives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in the Food & Beverage, food manufacturing, or hospitality industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills in sales contexts
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
