LVL Music Academy is a premier destination for violin, cello, and piano lessons, fine musical instruments, accessories, and professional luthier services in Singapore.

We are passionate about helping students and musicians find the right instrument, receive quality education, and grow in their musical journey. We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing sales, serving customers, and working in a premium music environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement (Primary Role)

• Sell violins, cellos, pianos, bows, cases, strings, accessories, and music-related products

• Convert enquiries into trial lessons and student enrolments

• Serve walk-in customers and guide families in choosing suitable instruments

• Explain product differences confidently and recommend suitable premium options based on long-term value

• Handle objections and close sales professionally

• Build strong relationships with parents, students, and musicians

• Follow up on enquiries through WhatsApp, phone, email, and walk-ins to improve conversion

Student & Parent Relations

• Communicate professionally with parents and students regarding lessons, programmes, and instrument needs

• Assist with exam arrangements and student-related matters

• Deliver excellent customer experience throughout the student journey

Retail Operations & Light Admin

• Check stock and maintain inventory accuracy

• Assist in showroom presentation and product displays

• Perform basic violin/cello string changing (training provided if required)

• Support simple administrative work such as quotations, invoicing, scheduling coordination, and customer records

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $3,800 - $4,200 per month (depending on experience)
• Uncapped Commission: High earning potential through instrument sales
• Expected Earnings: $5,000 - $6,000+ monthly for strong performers

Requirements

• Strong sales confidence and customer relationship skills

• Comfortable speaking with parents, students, and walk-in customers

• Passion for customer service and closing sales

• Organised and able to support light admin tasks

• Retail, enrichment, luxury retail, education sales, or music-related experience is an advantage

• Passion for music or musical instruments is a plus (training provided)
