Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

. Source, manage, and close commercial fit out sales leads

. Attend to customer enquiries and provide renovation / interior design consultations

. Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and propose suitable renovation solutions

. Prepare quotations, pricing, and cost breakdowns

. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients professionally

. Coordinate with designers, project managers, and contractors

. Actively participate in marketing efforts, including social media and online platforms

. Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals

. Achieve monthly sales targets

. Participate in marketing and sales activities

Requirements:

. Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) Certificate

. Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial fit out sales and project management

. Strong knowledge of renovation works, materials, and costing

. Able to handle pricing, quotation preparation, and negotiations independently

. Proficient in marketing and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

. Self-motivated, results-driven, and good interpersonal skills

. Willing to work weekends when required

. Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

. Own car preferred (for site visits and client meetings)
