Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities to achieve sales growth.
Conduct customer visits, product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to promote Menicon's products and solutions.
Gather market intelligence, monitor industry trends, and provide feedback to management to support business strategies and market expansion.
Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and other marketing events while strengthening Menicon's brand presence.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service, support sales operations, and undertake other business development initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Optometry or a related discipline.
Registered Optometrist and/or experience in the Singapore optical industry will be an advantage.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-centric mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to travel locally and occasionally overseas for business meetings, product training, conferences, and exhibitions.
