Join Memories Of Life as a Sales Executive to engage empathetically with clients, deliver personalized memorial solutions, and drive sales growth while ensuring professional service and seamless order management.
Responsibilities
- Engage clients with empathy and professionalism to understand their memorial needs and guide them through product options
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities while nurturing strong relationships with existing customers to grow business
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of memorial plaques, cremation urns, and keepsakes to provide accurate and relevant product information
- Provide personalized consultations and recommendations tailored to customers preferences and requirements
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, process customer orders, and coordinate with production and administrative teams to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional activities across various channels
- Manage sales inquiries efficiently to ensure a seamless and professional customer experience
- Work independently and collaboratively within the team to meet sales targets and deliver quality service
- Utilize Microsoft Office and CRM software proficiently to manage sales data and customer information
- Negotiate effectively and resolve customer issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License
- Comfortable handling memorial and funeral-related products
- Ability to work on a 5.5-day workweek, including some Sundays and Public Holidays on a rotating basis
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with clients and team members
- Additional dialect language skills are a plus to enhance communication with diverse customers
