Job Summary

E-xclusif Medical Supply Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand the company's presence within the medical supply industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.

This role requires a proactive individual with strong relationship management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare-related organizations.

  • Expand the company's customer base through proactive prospecting and networking.

Account Management

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable medical products and solutions.

  • Follow up on sales enquiries, quotations, and orders in a timely manner.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

  • Provide market feedback to management to support sales strategies and product positioning.

Sales Operations

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

  • Coordinate with internal departments such as operations and logistics to ensure timely product delivery.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with colleagues across departments to support overall business objectives.

  • Share product knowledge and sales insights with team members when required.

Requirements:

1. Education

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.

2. Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the medical, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industry.

  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer relationships effectively.

3. Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Good negotiation and presentation abilities.

  • Ability to analyse customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

4. Preferred Attributes

  • Experience working with healthcare institutions or medical distributors.

  • Knowledge of medical devices or healthcare products.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

Working Conditions

  • Office-based with regular client visits.

  • Travel within Singapore for customer meetings and detailing
