Job Summary

We're expanding our retail footprint and looking for a hands-on Sales Executive who enjoys being on the ground, meeting people, and opening doors. If you prefer field work over desk work, this role might be for you.

Responsibilities

  • Visit independent pharmacies, retail outlets, and chain stores to introduce products and build professional relationships
  • Conduct door-to-door sales visits to increase product distribution and visibility across modern trade channels
  • Collaborate with store owners, pharmacists, and retail teams to support product placement and sales growth
  • Manage and develop your assigned territory to maximize sales impact and customer engagement
  • Deliver frontline sales by engaging customers directly and providing product information to drive repeat demand
  • Maintain autonomy in managing daily sales activities and territory priorities to achieve sales targets

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in modern trade, independent pharmacies, FMCG, nutraceuticals, or retail sales is a strong advantage
  • Positive attitude and willingness to engage customers face-to-face and initiate conversations
  • Ability to work independently and manage own territory effectively
