Job Summary

You will lead the full sales cycle to drive business growth in luxury interior furnishings, developing targeted marketing campaigns and cultivating strong B2B client relationships within the residential and home interior industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire sales process including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Design and execute traditional and digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and support events and exhibitions
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with B2B clients such as interior designers, architects, developers, and main contractors to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to inform strategic decision-making and track performance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Demonstrate a strong interest in luxury interiors, design, or high-end furnishings to align with brand values
  • Exhibit professional grooming and confidence in client-facing interactions to represent the brand effectively
  • Communicate fluently in English to engage with clients and stakeholders; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous for broader client engagement
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and digital tools proficiently to manage sales and marketing activities efficiently
  • Show reliability, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment
  • Provide two direct reporting references to support professional credibility
