In this role, you'll own the entire sales process - from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and nurturing long-term partnerships. You'll be out in the field, connecting with clients, solving their challenges, and playing a key role in expanding our business footprint. What You'll Do

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.

  • Deliver professional and high-quality service to existing and potential clients.

  • Prepare and provide accurate sales quotations, negotiate, and close deals efficiently.

  • Respond promptly to client enquiries and troubleshoot complaints effectively.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while continuously seeking new ones.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, contributing directly to company growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years experience in B2B manufacturing sales (hunting experience preferred).

  • Strong self-motivation, persistence, and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Comfortable working outdoors and visiting clients regularly.

  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
