Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:
Achieve personal and team sales targets across assigned channels and dealer accounts
Develop and execute sell-in and sell-out strategies to drive revenue growth and improve channel performance
Plan and support channel sales activities such as in-store promotions, brand fairs, roadshows, and in-house sales events
Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of sales campaigns, promotions, and channel initiatives
Identify new business opportunities by sourcing potential clients and expanding the customer base
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support long-term partnerships and account retention
Manage and support B2B sales projects, including tenders and corporate account requirements
Oversee stock allocation for channels and dealers to ensure smooth fulfilment and product availability
Forecast incoming stock requirements based on sales trends, promotional plans, and market demand
Coordinate closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, logistics, supply chain) to maintain healthy inventory levels
Supervise and guide promoters in alignment with company direction, focus models, promotional plans, and sales objectives
Liaise with various departments and stakeholders to resolve sales, operational, and logistics-related issues efficiently
Prepare and manage sales-related documentation such as Credit Notes (CN), trading term rebates, delivery coordination, and sales planning support documents
Job Requirement:
Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
Relevant experience in sales, account management, or channel sales
Prior experience in consumer electronics or home appliances industry is preferred
