Position: Sales Executive (Job ID: 19894)

• Location: Kakit Bukit (Near MRT station)

• Must be open to business trips (when necessary)

• Salary: Up to $4,500 (Negotiable, depending on experiences)

Job Description:

• Manage administrative tasks, including price adjustments and updates.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.

• Prepare sales quotations and respond to customer inquiries related to delivery, quality, and environmental concerns.

• Identify, promote, and develop new client accounts through effective presentations.

• Track project progress, document meeting minutes, and manage sample requests and data sheets.

• Conduct sales forecasting and develop strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or higher, preferably in Electronic Engineering.

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a manufacturing company, ideally with exposure to electronic components.

• Candidates with sales coordinator experience and a willingness to try sales are welcome.

• Must have prior work experience in a Japanese company environment.

• Willing and able to travel for business trips to India and other ASEAN regions once every 2-3 months.

• Proficient in Mandarin speaking, as the role requires regular communication with Mandarin-speaking business counterparts.

• Able to liaise in the Japanese language with the Japan HQ and Japanese-speaking counterparts is an advantage.

• Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility in meeting agreed working hours and deadlines.

• Demonstrates professional work ethics and accountability in daily tasks.

• A valid Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage.
