Sales Executive (Japanese Speaking)

Job Description:
- Responsible for day-to-day management of all aspects of customer service.
- Attend to general inbound enquiries, requests and feedback received via phone and emails.
- Work well with overseas relocation team to ensure exceptionally high standard of service is being delivered.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree, preferably with discipline in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- Preferably having 2 to 3 years and above in sales experience in relocation services and/or logistics.
- Candidate must have prior hunter sales experience with excellent sales track record, strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Candidate must have a pleasant demenour and a positive attitude.
- A team player and able to work with all levels of people with diverse cultures/background.
- Possess an outgoing and affable personality.
- Candidate with at least N1 JLPT proficiency will be preferred, as this position requires liaising with Japanese clients directly.

Compensation:
- Working location: Bukit Merah
- Working hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm (Mondays to Fridays) and 8:30am to 12:30pm (Alt Saturday)
