OVERVIEW
Our client, a leading Japanese real estate company, is seeking a talented Sales Executive.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Corporate sales (B2B) for housing and office leasing contracts to Japanese and foreign multinational companies based in Singapore
Conducting client needs analysis, property introductions, preparation of quotations, and contract support
Supporting housing searches for expatriates and their families (B2C)
Scheduling and accompanying property viewings (company car provided)
Preparing and handling documents required for contracts, termination notices, and move-in/move-out procedures
Collaborating with in-house and external staff
Working closely with local licensed CEA staff for contract drafting and legal checks
Coordinating document preparation and process management with local staff
Client communication mainly via WhatsApp (routine support handled by a separate team)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Business-level Japanese language proficiency with deep understanding of Japanese business culture (due to frequent direct contact with Japanese companies and expatriates)
Business-level English communication skills for internal and external correspondence
Strong empathy and communication skills to understand and respond to client needs
Experience in corporate sales to Japanese companies (industry not specified)
Experience in customer service, client support, or service industries
BENEFITS
Employment Type: Full-time permanent
Salary: SGD 4,000 - 5,000 (based on experience and ability)
Bonus: Annual Wage Supplement (1 month), plus performance-based bonuses
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (minimal overtime after-hours client contact via WhatsApp possible)
Remote Work: Generally, not available
Flexible working hours negotiable
Compensatory time off for weekend client work available
Annual Leave: 14 days per year
